Aghanina Choir

Aghanina Choir took place in North Lebanon, inside the Beddawi camp for Palestinian refugees form 2014 till 2016.

Fayha choir was implementing this project organized by Beit Atfal Al Soumoud Foundation, in one of their branches in Lebanon.

Members were Children and Youth: Palestinians from Beddawi Camp, and Lebanese from Tripoli including also Syrian refugees.

The objective of this project is to promote and improve the Palestinian Musical Heritage, and this is why we gave him the name “Aghanina” which means “Our songs” in Arabic.

The project lasted for two years and performed many times inside the camp, in Tripoli and Beyrouth.

The repertoire was a collection of songs form Arab music heritage, mainly Palestinian, Lebanese, Syrian, Iraqi and others…
